How do your Clothes Fit?

Please click on a Product's individual "Size Guide" for specific details regarding its fit and style.  Outshine Labels offers multiple brands and styles - each with their own cut, fit and style.  If you ever fall in between sizes, always size up!

How do I care for my T-Shirts?

To extend the life of your garments, machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.  Do not dry clean, iron or use fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the best care + longest life.

Who designs your Clothing?

We do!  All of our designs are original and are in the process of being copyrighted.  We also print with water-based inks on garments that are Made in the USA!

Where do you Ship?

We ship Worldwide!  Review our Shipping Policy.  Attn:  International Customers outside the USA - we are not responsible for any potential customs fees.

When will I get my Order?

Where is the rest of my Order?

If you ordered more than one item, for logistical reasons, you may receive your order in multiple packages.  Rest assured, you will get your entire order!

Do you accept Returns?
We're sorry, but all sales are final & non-returnable.  However, if there is an issue with the garment or product itself, please email us at hello@outshinelabels.com and we will gladly help you!

Do you want to Return a Gift?
If you are returning a gift, please email our team at hello@outshinelabels.com with 1) the original purchasers name or email address, 2) order number if available, 3) description of item to return, and 4) your contact information including physical address + phone number.  If a Gift Return is authorized, all items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but claimed as "not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. It is rare that packages are lost or stolen, but if you believe it to be true, please work with your local Post Office to file a report.
