About Outshine Labels

We work directly with disability advocates to create beautifully designed and meaningful clothing. Approximately 60% of the profits of every sale goes right back to them (certain stores get more or less based on special circumstances).

Outshine Labels works on behalf of families and non-profits to handle the nitty gritty, including website, shipping and product management. Our families and non-profits only need to focus on helping spread the word of their own store, we take care of the rest!

Opening and running a store on Outshine Labels is an easy, hands free way for disability non-profits and families to raise extra money!
Think of it as fundraising without the pressure!

We ship worldwide! Review our Shipping Policy for more information.  For International Customers (outside the USA), we are not responsible for any potential customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for any questions or queries related to taxes and duties.

We aim to fulfil your order within 2-7 business days.

For US customers, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

For Canadian customers, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

For rest of world customers, please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping information

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. If you are having issues finding this, please email us at hello@outshinelabels.com with your name and order number.

If you placed an order with multiple items, don't worry! Due to logistical reasons, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Rest assured, you will get your order!

If you are missing items from your order and it has been 14 business days since it was dispatched, please contact us at hello@outshinelabels.com with your name and order number.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any parcels that may be lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Please contact your local postal office if you are experiencing any issues with delays or deliveries. They are the best port of call to assist you in tracking your parcel.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We partner with multiple warehouses across the United States and our products are made-to-order. Outshine Labels is dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint and endeavours to reduce waste where possible. By partnering with warehouses across the United States, we are proud to offer you premium products, while ensuring we minimise the amount of waste sent to landfill which is often due to overproduction.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the charitable nature of Outshine Labels, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if the size you ordered is not quite right, Outshine Labels is happy to exchange your purchase for another size. Please refer to the Returns Policy for more information.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@outshinelabels.com with your full name and order number.

We want you to love your purchase, and we know that sometimes sizing can be hard. Please try your best to pay close attention to our Sizing Guides located on each product, as well as the special recommendations we sometimes suggest on certain styles and items.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size, please email support@outshinelabels.com for approval and an RA Number. All exchanges must be returned at your expense and include your RA Number in the package. Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state upon our receiving. If we find that this is not the case upon receipt, we will not be able to issue an exchange and you’ll be responsible for having the item shipped back to you at your expense. If exchanges continue to be approved, we will then start the process of issuing you an exchange.

Exchanges are handled as new orders at Outshine Labels as each item is made upon request. With that in mind, please expect normal lead times of 5-7 business days for production plus 3-5 business days shipping.

If you have received a gift that you would like to return, please email support@outshinelabels.com with the following information:

1. The original purchaser's full name.
2. The order number if available
3. Description of item to return 4. Your contact information including physical address and phone number.

If a Gift Return is authorized, all items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@outshinelabels.com and we will endeavour to help resolve the issues. Please ensure you send us your name, order number and any photos of the item's fault.


We do! All our designs are original and are in the process of being copyrighted. We print on water-based inks on garments that are made in the United States of America.

Please ensure you follow the care-tag on your garment for the most accurate information to care for your garments.

As a rule of thumb, extend the life of your garments by machine washing on cold, inside out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Do not dry clean or use fabric softeners. To ensure longevity of any prints, we suggest hang drying as tumble drying can shorten the lifespan of your clothing.

Sizing for each product may differ as we partner with multiple brands to bring you several options to choose from when supporting our disability advocates. For the most accurate sizing information, please refer to the "Size Guide" found within the product page. If you fall between sizes, always size up!
