We're excited to announce that we now offer worldwide shipping at Outshine Labels! For US Orders, please allow up to 3-5 business days to ship after fulfillment, which is typically 2-7 days. For Canadian Orders, please allow up to 4-7 business days to ship after fulfillment and for all other Orders throughout the World, please allow up to 5-10 business days to ship after fulfillment. Please note: We are not responsible for any custom fees that you may or may not be charged.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic all orders are delayed. We're currently seeing orders take between 23-28 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We know this is hard, but it is unfortunately out of our control. Please have patience and feel rest assured that you will receive your order, just not as quickly as normal. We're excited to offer real-time shipping rates that include our discounted business rates, which we then extend to you! You pay what we would pay for Shipping, you don't have to worry that we're gouging you on shipping prices...blame that on USPS. haha!
If you are ordering from multiple Stores on Outshine Labels, or even if you're ordering all from the same Store, please be aware that you may receive your order from us in multiple shipments. We do this to save you money and streamline our process!

Preorders ship during the time specified in the promotion or campaign. We typically open preorder product sales for 3-14 days; though we may run them in smaller timespans or longer timespans depending upon the promotion or campaign. Lead times are longer than usual, but rest assured you will get your order! Please pay good attention to the Preorder details that were given in our Social Media Posts.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but claimed as "not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. It is rare that packages are lost or stolen, but if you believe it to be true, please work with your local Post Office to file a report.
