WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We're excited to announce that we now offer worldwide shipping at Outshine Labels!  If for some reason you're experiencing issues placing an order with us, and you're outside the US, please don't hesitate to email us at support@outshinelabels.com and we will gladly look into this for you.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Orders are fulfilled 2-7 business days after the date you place your order with us — but then you have to add shipping time onto that. Most orders are received by you, 5-10 business days after you place your order with us...but it really depends on multiple factors such as: a.) what you ordered, b.) what shipping service and method you chose during checkout and c.) whether or not items in your order ship from multiple fulfillment centers. If you need something by a certain date, please email us at support@outshinelabels.com and we will do our best for you! For International Orders, please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees that you may or may not be charged.

REAL-TIME SHIPPING RATES

We're excited to offer real-time shipping rates that include our discounted business rates, which are then extended to you. This means that you pay what we would pay for Shipping. Why don't we offer Free Shipping on all our orders? Well the truth is, you're always paying for shipping; you just don't realize it. Companies hide shipping fees inside the price of the product and then claim that you're getting "Free Shipping". But it's not true, it's simply being hidden inside the cost of the product. Shipping is just part of life and there's no way out of it unfortunately.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you are ordering from multiple Stores on Outshine Labels, or even if you're ordering all from the same Store, please be aware that you may receive your order from us in multiple shipments.  We do this to save you money and streamline our process!

PREORDERS

Lead times for Preorder products take more time than usual and the details for when you can expect to receive your preorder will always be mentioned on the product listing itself. Please disregard any estimated ship dates shown during the checkout process as these estimates don't pertain to preorders.
Each preorder is different with various start and end times for when you can place your order, as well as estimated shipping dates. Once any given preorder closes, it typically takes about 10-14 working days to produce the product before we start shipping the orders, which then take about 3-5 business days to ship depending on where you are in the world. Specific information about the preorder start time, end time, and expected shipping week will all be specified on the preorder product pages. Please pay good attention to the Preorder details that were given in our social media posts as well as marketing emails before placing your order. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but claimed as "not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. It is rare that packages are lost or stolen, but if you believe it to be true, please work with your local Post Office to file a report.
