SHIPPING RATES

Outshine Labels extends our discounted shipping rates to you - in real time.  You pay exactly what we pay, and are never overcharged.  

Shipping fees are based on numerous factors such as weight, box and/or package size, your location, and the items in your cart - just to name a few.

Yes - it's expensive to ship a ceramic mug - but trust us that they are worth the cost!  We wish they weren't so costly to ship, but it's the nature of the product.

Please know that we ship in the most cost effective way possible.  Due to this, you may receive more than one package for your order.  Rest assured you will get your entire order, but if for some reason you should be missing something, please don't hesitate to email hello@outshinelabels.com and we will investigate it for you.

International orders may incur additional customs fees and we are not responsible for those fees - they are up to you, the buyer.  

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING TIMES

US Orders:  Please allow up to 3-5 business days to ship after fulfillment, which is typically 2-7 business days. 

Canadian Orders:  Please allow up to 4-7 business days to ship after fulfillment which is typically 2-7 business days. 

Rest of the World:  Please allow up to 5-10 business days to ship after fulfillment which is typically 2-7 business days.
