I'm so excited to launch your store soon!

Here's a few things I either need from you, or want to share with you before we launch:
  1. Please provide 3-4 sentences that we can use as a short bio on your store's page.  Think of it as the header/summary of your Store.  You can maybe describe your child, why you choose the phrase/design that you did, or even what you plan to do with your share of the earnings.
  2. Once your products are ready, and only if you financially can, please order a T-Shirt for your child.It'd be great to have a picture of him/her wearing their design, especially because we'll be telling our followers, friends and family about the inspiration behind the design and how they need to buy it too! *Note:  you will pay full retail price for your T-Shirt (and any other items you purchase), but you will earn back 60% of the profits at the end of next month for them.
  3. If we don't have any pictures of your child in their new T-Shirt before we launch, please email me a picture of him/her wearing a white or black shirt, little to no wrinkles on the chest area, or objects in front of the chest area. We will then do our best to photoshop the design onto their picture.  My email is:  jessica@outshinelabels.com
  4. What are 60% of the profits?  Please visit Outshine Labels' Product List and catalog which shows the possible products we can sell along with their corresponding profit amounts. You'll notice that not all of these products are part of your Store right now; and that's because I chose to offer just the top sellers at this time.  However, if you see other products you'd like to offer in your store, there's a one-time $20 fee to add each additional product to your store whenever you'd like to do so.
  5. How do Payments work? I will pay you at the end of the month, for the previous month's earnings. Example: any sales that happen in January are paid to you at the end of February.  Note that before I can pay you, I'll need you to fill out this W-9 form. At the end of the year or before the end of the month in January of next year, my bookkeeper/accountant will be sending you a 1099 showing the amount of money that Outshine Labels paid to you for the calendar year. Sorry, but we have to pay taxes!
  6. Please start thinking about how you would like to announce your store on Outshine Labels. Write posts, record a video, prepare instastories, etc. Try not to let this part overwhelm you!  If you need help thinking of things to post about, you can answer the questions seen on this form.  You can also re-share posts you've written in the past if you'd like. Try to remember the posts that you've done in the past that had the most engagement:  for instance a lot of comments and likes!
  7. Please share your best email address with me (and PayPal email address if they are not the same!)  If you don't have PayPal, please create an account as it's the easiest way my bookkeeper can pay you.  Email:  jessica@outshinelabels.com
  8. An Agreement describing our collaboration and the terms and conditions attached to it will be emailed to you shortly.
